Unless otherwise agreed upon in advanced, all billable hours will be billed at a rate of $45 per hour. Time associated with initial consultations on all new websites designs, prior to contract signing, is free and will not be billed.
A billable hour is considered to by any period of time which is exclusively devoted to a work order for the client. Billed in 1/2 hour increments.
